Refusal of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to refuse service to an individual if his/her/their demands exceed the normal practice of our service or if any unreasonable requests are made, We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to refuse service to the following types of companies:
• Adult Film or Sharing content of an adult nature
• “MLM” Multi Level Marketing Websites
• Pyramid Schemes / Ponzi Schemes
• Any type of illegal or criminal activity
• Any Websites that promote or initiate violence based on Gender/Race/Ethnicity
Domain Ownership
Domain will be under the full ownership of the “paying client” if a domain name objection is imposed on a certain domain, the client will be notified with 7 days’ notice to resolve the name objection, if the domain name objection cannot be resolved it will be transferred to the owner of said domain, if the domain name in any way or form violates our policies or breaks any South African law it will be removed immediately. Without prejudice, if a domains renewal is not paid we reserve the right to cancel/sell the domain name to cover the costs thereof

Account Suspension & Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, If payments are not met on the due date of the invoice issued, We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your services if you have any outstanding invoices pending even if the invoice is not directly linked to your domain, Little Goliath (Pty)ltd operates on a one client one account system. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
